Rev. Dr. Medad Birungi
Medad is a Bible teacher, a university lecturer, a pastor, and the founder of World Shine Ministries, an organisation that seeks to evangelise, disciple and intercede in prayer in Uganda and around the world. Medad and his wife Connie have five children and live in Uganda. Medad is the author of the book “Tombstones and Banana Trees” which tells of his amazing journey from abuse, anger, and brokenness to forgiveness and restoration.
Rev. Dr. Hartmut Kopsch
Hartmut was formerly Rector of Walcot Parish Church in Bath, is married to Jane and has two daughters and five grandsons. They have known Medad for over 15 years and have been continually inspired by his life and teaching. Hartmut has ministered with Medad in Uganda 3 times. Hartmut’s passions have always been for evangelism, Bible teaching and discipleship. He is the author of the book entitled: “The Struggle – the Battle between the Flesh and the Spirit”.
